All of our items are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days (depending on the amount per order and this does not include weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and mailed out. When outside temperatures exceed 70 degrees, ice packs are included in an effort to keep your orders in the same condition as when they left the shop. However, when it is intensely hot even our best efforts are not always perfect.
No refunds will be issued only shop credit for damaged products with photo verification if done within 2 hours of delivery.
